Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
- Processing Time: Most Orders, if in stock, are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Device purchases typically take around 2-3 weeks from date of order to delivery.
- Shipping Time: Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 1–5 business days for standard shipping, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available for most products
- Shipping Rates: Shipping cost options are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.
- Order Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can also view tracking in your ARG-store account.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
Return Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
However, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive malfunctioning or damaged.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must have been received in a damaged or defective condition.
- Timeframe: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged or malfunctioning.
- Proof of Issue: To process your return, we may require photos or videos of the damage or defect.
- Return Shipping: We will cover return shipping costs for approved defective or damaged items.
- Refunds/Exchanges: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement within 5 business days. This timing may take longer for devices.
