The PCR2 Series features a front-facing variable speed controller, easy filter change, running indicator light, and improved airflow and efficiency. This unit also allows for PAO testing to test the filter for leaks and ensure the system’s efficiency. The 30” Wide Portable Clean Room – Generation II provides up to an ISO Class 5 Clean Room to help protect the process from outside contamination and particulate. This system utilizes a vertical laminar airflow pattern and a high quality filter to create a positive-pressure environment. The Portable Clean Room Hood draws in ambient air and processes the air through a main filter to supply filtered air to the workspace. Main filter 30” Portable Clean Room choices include HEPA filtration (up to 99.97% efficiency on (Generation II) particles down to 0.3 microns) and ULPA filtration (up to 99.9995% efficiency on particles down to 0.12 microns). The Portable Clean Room offers a reliable and low maintenance operation for a variety of applications including IV infusion, parts inspection, optics/laser assembly, tissue culturing, data recovery, stem cell therapy practices and other medical applications. This unit’s compact size and portable nature also make it a good choice for field-testing applications that require frequent travel. This unit does not require makeup air or expensive ductwork saving on installation and operating costs. This line of portable clean rooms is not intended for chemotherapy.
